With the exception of the Part-Time Healthcare MOU, all TAs listed below will become part of our CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) if ratified by AFT members and adapted by the SMCCCD Board of Trustees. For any CBA articles not included in these links, language will carry over from the most recent CBA.
Note that as part of the overall TA, AFT and the District agreed that we will negotiate on evaluations and part-time healthcare in February 2024.
