- Elimination of Special Rate pay to ensure equitable compensation
- 100% paid Maternity & child-bonding leave

so you can learn more, share your thoughts, and contribute in any way you can.
Two members of the AFT Negotiating Team will be at each Town Hall to answer questions and inform the discussion. Together we can come up with ideas for collective action to put pressure on the district to respond to faculty needs.
