WATCH AFT 1493 CHIEF NEGOTIATOR JOAQUIN RIVERA EXPRESS FRUSTRATIONS TO BOARD ABOUT NEGOTIATIONS

AFT 1493 Chief Negotiator Joaquin Rivera addressed the SMCCCD Board of Trustees at their November 16, 2022 meeting, expressing his frustration with the District Chief Negotiator’s lack of movement, his seeming unwillingness to seriously consider any of the union’s proposals and his insistence on district take-backs.
