TIMELINE
Once we receive the Factfinding Report, we have 10 days to negotiate a fair contract with the District. In late July / early August, the District verbally assured us that they plan to make progress on our three remaining priorities (Fair Compensation, Lab/Lecture Parity, and Academic Freedom) once negotiations resume in order to avoid a work stoppage. We hope they stay true to their word.
If the District doesn’t make fair offers on those three issues, we can legally go on strike 10 days after we receive the factfinding report. We expect to receive the report any day now (note: not received as of Aug. 11th).
Realistically, that means our strike would potentially start early-to-mid-September.

- Cañada: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- CSM: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
- Skyline: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
