23.1 EFFECTIVE DATES OF AGREEMENT:
This Agreement shall be effective on July
1, 2004 and shall continue in full force and effect through June 30, 2007.
23.2 REOPENERS: During the months of August 2005 and August
2006 the parties agree to reopen Article 8, Pay and Allowances, Section 8.1,
Section 8.3, Section 8.8, Article 9, Health and Welfare Benefits, Section
9.1, Section 9.2, Section 9.3, Section 9.4, Section 9.6, Section 9.7, Section
9.12 and one additional item.
23.3 SIGNATURES: In witness whereof, the Union has caused this agreement to be signed by its Chief Negotiator and Co-Presidents, and the District has caused this Agreement to be signed by its Chief Negotiator, Negotiating Team, Chancellor and President of the Board of Trustees.
