“This Case is About Fairness” The lawsuit filed by SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera, against the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges, went to trial on Monday, Oct. 27. Five days of testimony revealed some of the failures of the commission to follow its own policies and the laws that govern accreditation.
